By downloading or using Fresh Air, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App

Fresh Air is a focus timer with outdoor themes and optional nature sounds. It is a productivity tool, not a medical device, diagnosis, or treatment for ADHD or any condition.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fresh Air on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.

3. Subscriptions

Fresh Air may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (for example monthly and yearly Fresh Air Pro) billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free tiers and limits may change with App updates.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or attempt to bypass purchase or free-session limits unlawfully.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Privacy

Use of Fresh Air is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
