Privacy Policy

Fresh Air: ADHD Focus · Last updated: August 11, 2026

Fresh Air (“the App”) is a calm focus timer for iPhone. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used. We designed Fresh Air to keep most data on your device.

1. Who we are

Fresh Air is developed by tnson1307. Contact for privacy questions: GitHub Issues or email if published in App Store Connect support details.

2. Information the App stores on your device

The App stores the following locally (for example via UserDefaults, Keychain, and App Group storage):

This information is used only to operate the App’s features on your device.

3. Purchases (Fresh Air Pro)

If you subscribe to Fresh Air Pro, payment is processed by Apple through StoreKit / your Apple ID. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple provides purchase/entitlement status so the App can unlock Pro features and restore purchases.

4. Notifications

If you enable the daily reminder, the App schedules local notifications on your device. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings. Reminder content is generated on-device.

5. What we do not collect

6. iCloud / cloud sync

The current version does not sync your focus history or preferences through iCloud or our own servers. Data remains on your device (and Apple’s purchase systems for subscriptions).

7. Children

Fresh Air is a general productivity/focus tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data retention & deletion

Local App data remains until you delete the App or clear it via device settings. Deleting the App removes on-device App data. Apple ID subscription history remains with Apple according to Apple’s policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves (for example if cloud sync or analytics are added later). The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
