These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Layerly iOS application (“Layerly”, “the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Layerly helps you organize skincare products, AM/PM routines, streaks, optional progress photos, reminders, and related productivity features. Some features may require a paid Layerly Pro purchase or subscription.

2. Not medical advice

Layerly is a personal organization / habit tool. It does not provide medical, dermatological, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Product layering tips and in-app guidance are general information only. Always follow product labels and consult a qualified professional for skin concerns.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of products, notes, and photos you add.
Do not use the App for unlawful purposes or to store content you do not have rights to use.
You are responsible for keeping backups of any data you care about (export / iCloud options where available).

4. Free and Pro features

Free use may include limits (for example number of products or progress photos). Pro unlocks additional features described in the App. Feature availability may change as the App evolves.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Payments are charged to your Apple ID through the App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.

6. Intellectual property

The App, name, visual design, and related materials are owned by the developer / licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or routine outcomes arising from your use of the App. Skin results vary; the App does not guarantee improvement.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the App or change features. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers and limitations) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
