By downloading or using DuoQi ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
DuoQi is a mobile application for playing chess and xiangqi (Chinese chess) between two nearby devices over a local peer-to-peer connection. The App does not require an internet connection for gameplay.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
Without a Pro purchase, you may play a limited number of games per day. The free tier includes full gameplay features with no advertisements.
You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App beyond what is permitted by law.
All content, design, graphics, and code in the App are owned by DuoQi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Traditional chess and xiangqi game rules are in the public domain.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoQi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
